§ 7.3. Action by Ordinance Required.

Latest version.

In addition to such acts of the Council as are required by other provisions of this Charter to be by ordinance, every act creating an indebtedness, authorizing the borrowing of money, levying of tax, and for the establishment of any rule or regulation for the violation of which imprisonment may be imposed, shall be by ordinance.
