§ 11.3. Limitation on Town Tax Powers.

No additional sales tax, additional use tax, or an increase in the ad valorem property tax mill levy shall be adopted until it shall have been approved by a majority of the registered electors of the Town who vote at a regular or a special election held for that purpose.
