§ 10.05.320. Actual receipt of mailed notice not required.

Whenever the Town Clerk has certified that any notice was mailed as required in this Chapter, the fact that the person to whom it was addressed did not receive it shall not in any manner invalidate or affect the proceedings herein provided for.
