§ 13.01.020. Authority.

This Title is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the Town as a Home Rule municipality under Article XX of the Constitution of the State of Colorado, the Town Charter, Article 23, Title 31, C.R.S., as amended to the extent that such state statutes are not inconsistent with the Parker Land Development Ordinance, and is hereby declared to be in accordance with all provisions of these statutes, for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the Town.
