§ 13.14.170. Compliance with State environmental requirements.

The approval of a use by special review shall not relieve the operator from complying with all current applicable State and federal regulations and standards concerning air quality, water quality and waste disposal. All vehicles transporting hazardous waste shall comply with the requirements contained in Chapter 7.08 of this Code.
