§ 3.03.110. Violations ineligible for processing by Violations Bureau.

In no event shall the Violations Bureau be authorized to process any of the following traffic violations:
(1)

Offenses resulting in an accident causing personal injury, death or appreciable damage to the property of another;

(2)

Reckless driving;

(3)

Exceeding the speed limit by more than nineteen (19) miles per hour;

(4)

Exhibition of speed or speed contest;

(5)

Compulsory insurance; and

(6)

Offenses in which the person charged is under the age of eighteen (18).
