§ 5.02.955. Warning sign required.
(a)
Except as provided in Subsection (b) below, every licensee of any establishment licensed for on-premises consumption shall display at all times in a prominent place at every public nonemergency exit from the licensed premises and at every outdoor patio exit a printed card with a minimum height of fourteen (14) inches and a width of eleven (11) inches, with each letter to be a minimum of one-half (½) inch in height, which shall read as follows:
WARNING
REMOVAL OF ALCOHOL
BEVERAGES FROM THIS
ESTABLISHMENT IS PROHIBITED,
EXCEPT FOR A SEALED
RECORKED VINOUS BEVERAGE
AS ALLOWED BY LAW(b)
Every licensee of any municipally owned establishment licensed for on-premises consumption shall display at all times in a prominent place at every primary exit from the licensed premises and at every exit from an outdoor patio area a printed card with a minimum height of fourteen (14) inches and a width of eleven (11) inches, with each letter to be a minimum of one-half (½) inch in height, which shall read as follows:
WARNING
NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES
BEYOND THIS POINTFor purposes of this Subsection, a primary exit shall be those exits designated as primary exits by the licensee when defining its licensed premises.
