§ 5.02.970. Fee.

In addition to the fees paid to the Department of Revenue, an application for a special events permit shall be accompanied by a fee paid to the Town to be set from time to time by the Town Council in an amount not to exceed that amount authorized by the applicable sections of the Colorado Revised Statutes regarding special event permits.
