§ 6.01.290. Inoperable vehicles.

No person shall permit any inoperable vehicle to remain on public or private property for more than ten (10) consecutive days. This Section shall not apply to any vehicle completely enclosed within a building or structure and shall not apply to any vehicle on the premises of a lawfully operating motor vehicle repair business.
