§ 6.06.100. Penalty for violation.
(a)
Any person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than four hundred ninety-nine dollars ($499.00) for each separate offense and may be enjoined from any further or continued violation. The Town may also seek an injunction, abatement, restitution or any other remedy to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove the violation. Each day a violation of this Chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b)
The Town may seize, take, and remove, at the expense of the owner all stocks of impermissible fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation of this Chapter.
(c)
Any remedies provided for herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
