§ 7.04.040. Vehicle repairs done as a hobby.
It is unlawful for any person to repair, keep or work on any vehicle as a hobby, unless such hobby is conducted in such manner so as not to create a safety, health or fire hazard. If any reconditioned or repaired vehicle is sold or marketed, such repairing or reconditioning shall no longer be considered a hobby. Vehicles repaired or reconditioned for any compensation received shall be classified as a business or trade and must be duly licensed as such, and shall be performed in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Code, other Town ordinances and state statutes.
