§ 7.04.060. Covering of abandoned vehicle or vehicle not in operation not defense to charge of Chapter violation.

It shall not be a defense to a charge of violation of any provision of this Chapter that an abandoned vehicle or a vehicle not in operating condition has been or is covered with a tarpaulin, plastic, cloth sheeting or other material.
