§ 7.06.040. Driving under restraint prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle or off-highway vehicle upon any street or highway in the Town of Parker with knowledge that the person's license or privilege to drive, either as a resident or nonresident, is under restraint for an outstanding judgment. Any person who operates a motor vehicle in violation of this Section may be fined in an amount not to exceed four hundred ninety-nine dollars ($499.00).
