§ 7.07.030. Cyclists.

(a)
A driver of any motorized vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to every cyclist moving upon or through a sidewalk, bike path or intersection, whether or not such intersection contains a designated crosswalk.
(b)
For purposes of this Chapter, a cyclist means the operator of any device propelled solely by human power upon which a person may ride, including, but not limited to, bicycles or tricycles.
