§ 8.07.060. Unlawful interference; public buildings and proceedings.

  • It is unlawful for any person to so conduct himself or herself at or in any public building owned, operated or controlled by the Town, the State or any of its political subdivisions, as to willfully in such a manner to deny to any public official, public employee or any invitee on such premises, the lawful rights of such official, employee or invitee to enter, use or leave the facilities of any such public building.
