§ 9.01.020. Excessive animal waste prohibited.

It is unlawful to allow animal waste or discharges to accumulate in any animal enclosure or other place in the Town to the extent that the area emits an offensive odor, or to the extent that the animals contained therein cannot stand, sit or lie down without contact with the animal waste or discharges.
