§ 9.02.030. Prohibited livestock and fowl.

No livestock or fowl, including male fowl capable of crowing shall be kept by any person within the Town unless such person complies with the provisions of this Title and the zoning and use requirements of the Town. Fowl that is allowed under the zoning and use requirements of the Town shall be contained in an enclosed pen, which shall not be closer than two hundred (200) feet to any off-site residence or business on an adjoining property.
