§ 9.08.020. Rodents excepted.

The prohibition of this Section shall not apply to any person who sets traps with the intent to trap rodents by means of a trap, snare or mechanical device specifically designed to trap such animals and who has obtained the express consent of the owner or adult occupant of the property on which the trap is set.
