§ 9.08.040. Other animals excepted.

Any animal causing damage, injury or destruction to private property may be trapped or restrained by the owner or occupant of such property, by the agent of such owner or occupant or by an authorized representative of the Police Department, by means of a snare or mechanical device designed not to injure or harm the animal.
