§ 9.16. Expenditure of Revenues.

The Town shall be authorized to collect, retain and expend all of the sales and use tax revenues and all revenues generated from building fees and recreational center user fees of the Town during 1994 and each subsequent fiscal year, notwithstanding any limitation contained in Article X, §20 of the Colorado Constitution and without limiting in any year the amount of other revenues that may be collected and spent by the Town under Article X, §20 of the Colorado Constitution or any other law.
