§ 7.08.010. Rules and regulations of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission adopted by reference.

Hazardous materials or hazardous wastes, as defined by the rules and regulations of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, shall be transported and delivered within the Town limits of the Town in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the shipping, transportation and storage of hazardous materials or hazardous wastes, as promulgated by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, as the same may from time to time be amended. Said rules and regulations are adopted by reference subject to the deletions, amendments and additions contained in this Chapter.
