§ 7.08.050. Immobilization of unsafe vehicles.

Police officers shall have the power to cause the immobilization, impoundment or disposition of motor vehicles transporting hazardous materials or hazardous wastes when any police officer or agent deems that the motor vehicle or the operation thereof is unsafe and when such immobilization, impoundment or disposition is appropriate under or required by the rules and regulations of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
