§ 7.08.060. Penalties.

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this Chapter shall, for each offense, be fined in a sum of not more than nine hundred ninety-nine dollars ($999.00) or shall be imprisoned for a term of not more than one (1) year, or shall be both so fined and imprisoned. Each and every day which the violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. The penalties herein shall not preclude the Town from initiating any other action to abate or prevent the occurrence of any violation of this Chapter.
