§ 9.04.070. Costs related to unredeemed animals.

If it is known who the owner or keeper of an unredeemed animal is, the owner or keeper will be held responsible for any costs incurred by the Town related to the impoundment and care and disposition of said animal regardless of whether the owner or keeper reclaims the animal.
